Be a voice for young children at the CT Early Childhood Alliance's annual Advocacy Day event on Wednesday, April 15in the Old Judiciary Room of the State Capitol. Arrive at 9:30 a.m. for refreshments and pictures with Clifford the Big Red Dog (and invite your legislators for the photo-op, too)!
